Before Dispatch: If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so anytime before it’s dispatched for delivery. In such cases, a full refund will be issued immediately.
After Dispatch: Once the order is dispatched for delivery, cancellations will not be possible, as we aim to ensure your food arrives as quickly as possible within the 30-minute window.
Canceling Due to Delivery Time Issues: If the delivery time exceeds the promised 30 minutes (due to unavoidable circumstances like traffic), you may opt to cancel your order within 10 minutes of the delivery delay notification, and we will provide a full refund.
