Incorrect Orders: If you receive an incorrect order (wrong items or missing items), please contact our customer service team within 30 minutes of receiving the delivery. We will issue a full refund or send a replacement, whichever you prefer.
Delayed Orders: We promise to deliver your order within 30 minutes. If we fail to do so, you are entitled to a 10% refund of the order value. However, delays due to factors like heavy traffic, weather, or circumstances beyond our control are not eligible for a refund.
Quality Issues: If the food quality is compromised (e.g., damaged packaging or poor condition), please reach out to our support team with photos of the issue within 30 minutes of delivery. We will offer a refund or send a replacement based on your preference.
Refund Method: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
